- Black, pulverized topsoil delivery and installation. Wet basement? Let us put topsoil around your foundation to encourage proper drainage.
- Tear out and removal of old wooden landscaping “railroad” ties
- Limestone rock sold “as is” or delivered. Walls can be stacked if needed.
- Deck building, cleaning, staining and sealing
- Powerwashing available (decks, driveways, screens, sidewalks – you name it). Concrete cleaning and sealing (retaining walls, decorative driveways etc.) Removal of tire marks and oil stains.
- Hunter and Rainbird irrigation/sprinkler system installation and annual system maintenance. This includes winter drain down/blow out & spring turn on’s. Spring activation includes adjustment, cleaning and timer checks. We perform system additions and/or upgrades and service on all brands
- Drainage work – French drains, sump pump discharges buried, downspouts routed, wet or standing water areas removed.
- Lawncare: Beautiful finish mowing, trimming, edging and blowing, licensed liquid and granular fertilization, weed and lawn insect control, overseeding, core aerating and and verticutting.
- Sod repair or installation. We can and do sod whole yards or large areas.
- Large area fertilizing. We can fertilize large lots such as 2-5 acre areas.
- Acreage/large area seeding & mulching – ground prepped, seeded and large round hay bales shredded and blowed out onto acreage to assist in seed germination and erosion control
- Garden Tilling – Small, Medium and Large tillers available for any size job that you have. Lightweight handheld, medium sized walk-behind rear tine & large 3 point PTO driven, tractor-mounted tiller for big areas and breaking sod.
- Raised bed garden installation
- Silt fence installation
- Dirtwork – ground tilling for lawn repair, holes dug for posts, dirt moved and light general grading.
- Gravel work – Gravel moved and spread. Parking lots etc. Delivery available.
- Storm debris cleanup and removal – chainsaws, polesaws, trailers, manpower and equipment – please call.
- Spring and Fall property maintenance (weed and clean flower beds, apply pre-emergent, trim bushes & trees, leaf cleanup, clean gutters, minor home repair -call for details)
- Tree spraying to include dormant oil and insect control
- Tree fertilization, trimming and removal (minor tree work only - nothing over 15 feet high or near buildings)
